🚀 Activities Day – D&T £1 Design Challenge!🚀
Our Year 8 and Year 9 pupils put their creativity, innovation and teamwork skills to the test during Activities Day with the £1 Design Challenge in Design Technology. Working in teams, pupils had to identify a problem faced by a Glan-y-Môr student, develop an idea, and build a prototype of a product that would make school life easier. From clever organisational solutions to innovative everyday tools, the standard of ideas was incredibly impressive. It was fantastic to see so many pupils thinking like real designers, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, resilience and collaboration throughout the challenge.
