Cefn Sidan Rotary Club Young Musician of the Year

On Tuesday 31st January, six Year 11 Music GCSE pupils took part in the Cefn Sidan Rotary Club Young Musician of the Year competition.  It was a fantastic evening with an array of talent on show.  At Glan-y-Môr we use this opportunity to not only show members of our community what we can do, but we use it as extra preparation for the Unit 1 performance module of the exam.  Our thanks go to all at Rotary and Theatre Ffwrnes for their kind continuing support and hospitality. Well done to all who took part and in particular to Alan Meyrick-Cooke and Rachel Lewis for sharing the first prize.
