Eco group set out to show how clean our school is!

After taking part in the Senior Conference in Cardiff, our eco group has been busy spreading the message that litter is dirty, dangerous and costly to clean up.  This week, they set out to show how clean Glan-y-Môr actually is.  Our team found very little litter in the school and in the main play areas. However, we needed to get tough on some rubbish thrown away in the wooded area at the back of school where there are no bins. 

Next week, the group is taking on the job at the beach in Burry Port, where they will be working with Dan Snaith, of Keep Wales Tidy, and members of the local community.
