Ysgol Glan-y-Môr School are pleased to have completed the second stage of the Careers Wales Quality Award pilot and achieving the Silver Award.

The Careers Wales Quality Award supports the development of purposeful and relevant CWRE (Careers and Work-Related Experiences) across the curriculum, with learners aged 3 to 16.

The CWQA has 3 stages, each with a different focus. To achieve the Silver Award, we were asked to realise CWRE in the curriculum through professional learning, stakeholder engagement and effective teaching and learning.
