"Bring Him Home"

Former pupil and West End star, John Owen Jones met up with pupils and staff from Glan-y-Mor outside Broadway's Imperial Theatre where he is currently starring as Jean Valjean in the hit musical 'Les Miserables'.


This was one of the highlights of the school's highly successful visit to New York earlier this year.

The six day visit also included:

• An open top bus tour of Manhattan
• A river cruise
• Visit to the top of the Rockefeller Centre
• Visits to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and MOMA
• Broadway Show - 'Wicked'
• An emotional experience at the new 9/11 Memorial and Museum
• A stroll through Central Park and a visit to see the New York Yankees play Houston Astros in baseball.
