On Friday 18th March we will be supporting the people of Ukraine

On Friday 18th March, in line with many other schools in Carmarthenshire, we will be coming together in solidarity with the people of Ukraine to support them in their struggles.

We will do this in 2 ways:

* The day will be a non uniform day with pupils wearing blue and yellow to show their support, making a monetary donation, and all funds raised, along with those we raised on Eisteddfod day, will be going to UNICEF to support the children effected by this crisis.

* As many students as possible will be coming together as a school with the local authority "virtually" between 9.30 and 10.15am to watch an online reflection and sharing session organised by the local Authority, on screens in classrooms.

We will all do our best to support and facilitate this important gesture for those less fortunate than ourselves, and hope that you can join us in sending our support to all those suffering, both in this conflict and all others across the globe.
