Parent Governor Vacancy
Applications are invited for one Parent Governor from parents with a child /children registered at Glan-y-Mor in order to fill a vacancy on the Federation’s Governing Body.
In the event of the receipt of more than one application, an election will be conducted during the term involving parents of pupils registered at the school.
Application papers, together with the limitation provisions on people’s eligibility to be governors, are attached and should be returned to governance@carmarthenshire.gov.uk by 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 18th November 2020.
The successful Parent Governor will serve for a period of 4 years and will NOT be required to cease to hold office when his/her children leave the school.
