Pupils achieve 1st & 2nd place in Urdd Cooking Competition

Some excellent news for our Cogurdd competitors!

We held the second round of the Urdd cooking competition at Glan-y-Mor on Friday. Our pupils were up against competitors from three different schools and the competition was very tough. We received confirmation this afternoon that our girls gained the top two places – Katie Roberts 8KJ (1^st place) and Lilli Jaros-Grover 8ES (2^nd place). Katie will now be invited to attend the National Eisteddfod in Bridgend at the end of May. Congratulations both!
