Pupils visit Real Alloy, Swansea
Fourteen pupils from Years 8 and 9 had an exciting visit to Real Alloy in Swansea. They learnt all about the properties and uses of aluminium, as well as the processes involved in recycling the metal. They even saw one of the Plant’s furnaces in action, including a truck of aluminium cans being loaded into it. All had an enjoyable experience, and we are grateful to Real Alloy and Alfed for welcoming us.
