Rotary Young Chefs
Rotary Young Chefs had to create a 3-course menu for 2 for under £15, cook and present it in 2 hours. Catrin's menu was Stuffed Peppers, Italian Chicken and Chocolate Dessert with cream and fresh raspberries. Her presentation was colourful and elegant, using slate for serving the main course. The audience were invited to sample the entries after judging. Every part of Catrin's menu was perfectly cooked and delicious! Enjoyable, challenging and a great opportunity to show creativity, planning, organisation, cooking skills and working under pressure.
