We Will Rock You

As the curtain closes on our half term it also sadly closed on our latest musical extravaganza "We Will Rock You" that was performed at Burry Port Memorial Hall on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th February. As the curtain came down to a standing ovation last night all involved were able to reflect upon a stunning performance by the young people involved, ably assisted and organised to an outstanding degree by members of staff led by Mrs Danielle Kervin, Director and Mr David Wisby, Musical Director. The event sold out the Memorial Hall on both nights and stunned the audience who commented that the show was "fabulous", a "terrific showcase for the school" and "an example of what this school is about, so many students involved and enjoying". Thanks go out to all who have contributed to it both before and during the performances, to give our students an experience that will live long in the memory of all who witnessed it, as they truly did rock us!
